A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is looking for a strong System Engineer – Desktop (PC) Support within the End User Technology Team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for end-user environments including Windows OS, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), ensuring seamless device performance across regional and global teams.
- Perform SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) operations such as software packaging, deployment, patch management, and troubleshooting distribution failures in coordination with infrastructure teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across endpoint devices by applying relevant patches, configuration changes, and compliance checks.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update technical documentation, user guides, and operational manuals to support knowledge transfer, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and onboarding processes.
- Oversee end-to-end asset management, including device inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and auditing of IT hardware assets in accordance with company policies and global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, Infrastructure, and Helpdesk to implement best practices and enhance the overall IT support experience.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university
- Experience supporting Windows 10 or higher
- Experience with SCCM operations (including package creation)
- Experience creating automation tools using Python
- Experience in helpdesk or internal IT
- Knowledge of Windows and MAC
- Familiarity with Office 365 services including Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to learn and master various technologies
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset, capable of driving efficiency and automation
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions (MobileIron, Intune)

Working Hours:  9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
