A world-renowed Insurance firm is seeking a result driven, highly motivated, collaborative and independent Backend Software Engineer who has proven track records in managing and executing the Application Development and maintenance areas.
Responsibilities:
- Leading business application development
- Setup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveries
- Engage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within project
- Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan
Required Skills:
- Out of total experience minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development
- Should have experience for working insurance domain with minimum 5 years
- Experience of working for policy administration system
- Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6
- Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
