A world-renowned Insurance firm is seeking a Technical Specialist – Empower Collaboration with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and more
- Use PowerShell scripting and admin portals to resolve issues and enhance service performance
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure to support CI/CD environments
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and resolve escalated technical issues
- Drive automation and orchestration initiatives to streamline operations
- Manage email gateways (Exchange Online Protection, Cisco ESA/SMA), including mail flow rules, spam filtering, and message tracing
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of collaboration tools
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation and KB articles
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tools (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer)
- Expertise in Intune, Conditional Access, and endpoint management (SCCM or Intune)
- Strong knowledge of Teams policies, CQD logs, and SharePoint Online administration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting across all Microsoft 365 / Office 365 modules
- Experience implementing MDM/MAM policies, app protection, and license/user management
