A Global IT Service Provider is looking for an experienced bilingual Salesforce Operations & Maintenance Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform and lead a small team of support professionals.
This role requires hands-on Salesforce administration experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Operations & Maintenance
- Perform configuration changes including
- Assess and implement updates for Salesforce major releases
- Manage release lifecycle
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries
- Create and maintain user manuals and system documentation
- Assign and manage team tasks, ensuring timely and quality execution
- Provide feedback, resolve issues, and prioritize effectively
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in IT, Technology or equivalent
- 6+ years or IT experience (Java and/or salesforce)
- Experience with Salesforce development
- Experience with system maintenance and development using Java
- Knowledge of IT security management
- Ability to handle (read) system documentation in Japanese
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, operations, or maintenance
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of system development processes
