A Global fashion retail company is seeking multiple Technical Program Managers for its internal Digital Business Transformation Services Department.
Responsibilities:
Standardizing cross-team development processes for B2C e-commerce site development.
Coordinating workflows across Agile development, QA, Staging/Production releases, and DevOps.
Collaborating with project managers and product managers on requirements, prioritizing global development schedules, and adjusting roadmaps.
Coordinating and resolving technical issues across various development teams in a microservices environment.
Facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering teams.
Managing budgets and metrics for outsourced development parts.
Empowering and supporting career development for engineers (for senior-level positions only).
Required Skills:
2-3 years of hands-on development or operations experience with a team of 10 or more engineers in B2C services (Web frontend / Native app / Backend / DevOps / QAE – any of these roles are acceptable).
Experience in coordinating and leading engineering tasks that require communication in English.
Experience in logically organizing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and resolving them.

Working Hours: Flex Time System, Mon-Fri Core time 9:00~14:00
Working Style: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Holidays: 2 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays are holidays, but national holidays are working days), Special leave**, Paid leave, Congratulation and Condolence leave,8 days of Special leave is given every 6 months in addition to Paid leave (Instead of National Holidays working)
