A Global Digital Marketing solutions firm is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager . The ideal candidate will support the improvement of IT infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, and tools).
As the business itself grows, you will be able to work with diverse teams and organizations. In particular, the technical department is mainly made up of foreigners, each with a high level of expertise, and we work as a team while valuing mutual respect. On the other hand, the system itself to be developed and operated was ordered from the U.S. through an independent process, and there are many issues and risks. By making good use of the latest solutions, there is still room for optimization, and you can be a part of leading the improvement and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements coordination and prioritization with stakeholders, backlog management
- Development promotion in collaboration with engineers, QA, and data teams
- Internal departments (sales, marketing, Customer Success, etc.) and reporting
- Product KPI design, effectiveness measurement, and improvement proposals
- Functional design and project management that integrates infrastructure requirements and business perspectives
- Promotion of Scrum events (sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, etc.)
- Continuous process improvement with the IT Strategy & Planning team
- Communicate with product managers, teams, and Scrum masters outside of the technology department to facilitate project and resource planning
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, systems administration, or similar roles in the software development or IT infrastructure industry
- On-premise and Cloud Infrastructure IT
- Knowledge or experience with Azure
- Knowledge or experience of Agile Development methodologies
- Knowledge or experience promoting Scrum events or similar sprint planning etc
- Familiarity with the principles of project budgeting and forecasting
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to pay attention to detail, be strong in numbers, and carry out work with a sense of responsibility
