An European Life Insurance firm is looking for a talented Senior Scrum Master for  the Agile & Tech Transformation, Technology Team. The Senior Scrum Master will act as a True Leader, driving Agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will empower teams to deliver value with flexibility, enhance cross-team communication, and help shape a more Agile organization.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong team spirit and encourage collaboration
- Guide the team toward self-organization and maximizing its potential
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices to enhance value delivery
- Create a safe environment for open discussions and issue resolution
- Promote a Kaizen (continuous improvement) mindset in daily work
- Identify and facilitate growth opportunities such as knowledge sharing, feedback -sessions, and mentoring
- Coach the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Support squad members in delivering the highest value in the best way possible
- Lead by example as an Agile role model
- Facilitate Workshops & Decision-Making
- Own & Optimize the Team’s Agile Process
- Provide clear visibility into team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., Velocity, Retrospectives)
- Maintain valuable and actionable KPIs for the team
- Share successes and failures to foster learning across teams
- Actively engage in internal communication and lessons learned from Agile transformation
- Stay curious and proactive in exploring new industry trends and Agile practices
- Take an active role in Product & Scrum Master Communities of Practice
- Lead Transformation Beyond the Team

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Product/Program Manager experience, plus be a change leader, Persuasion skills
- Teaching & Coaching skills, Communication skills
- Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts, Product managers, Heads of departments)
- Mastery of Agile Practices
