A global IT services company is looking for a Senior Program Manager who can lead a team of project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a critical Advertisement Product as a Program Manager - work with multiple Project Managers to deliver the program
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand Product Roadmap and be able to assign Project Managers accordingly
- Identify and manage all the project risks. Be a strong advocate for Risk Management Process
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, engineering, QA and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on the project goals, priorities and strategies
- Work closely with tech lead and other engineering persons to achieve project goals defined by you. (Engineering teams are in Japan, India, and Singapore, Excellent Communication Skills is needed)
- Provide clear and effective communications of the program's status and updates to Senior Management
- Understand Project Management KPIs and help Project Managers to improve Project Success Rate
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of systems, and how different systems interact on a Project
- Guide and support project managers as a mentor and be a role model to improve team productivity and achieve organizational goals together
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years of Project Management experience
- Experience in managing a portfolio of programs from initiation through completion, enhancing business value across the various programs
- Expertise in Multiple Stakeholder Management, distributed across different geographies
- Ability to leverage technical acumens to facilitate the problem solving and ideation process with the project management team
- Drive business results through focus on project key performance indicators to improve Project Success Rate
- Experience of building strong relationship with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities to ensure successful program outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build a strong working relationship between technical and non-technical people
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to cultivate good working relationships and achieve goals together
- Experience of guiding and leading a team
