A Global Asset Management is seeking a bilingual Project Manager for the Technology Planning Group to be responsible for managing various IT projects to internal Project Management standards, stakeholder management, designing & executing overall plan, defining major deliverables, risk management etc. 

Responsibilities:
- Act as a project manager for various IT projects to internal Project Management standards
- Communicate with stake holders of the project as needed to initiate projects as planned, facilitate project meetings, create and maintain project documentations as required under the Project Management Standards and such documents needed to execute projects effectively and efficiently
- Design and execute overall plan, defining major deliverables, form execution strategy and supervise the execution of planned tasks
- Identification of required resources
- Development, execution and change management of the Project Master Plan including but limited to breakdown and define the project deliverables to meet the mission, identify required resources and coordinate to arrange and schedule for the tasks with the resource
- Progress management of a project and reporting to Program Manager, Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, and other management meetings as required by the Project Sponsor
- Ensure communication with steering meeting members are openly and timely made
- Lead the project with day-to-day decision making delegated by Project Sponsor & steering meeting
- Address risk & issues during project & ensure action plans are in place for each item ®gularly traced to closure
- Identify stakeholders including who will have direct or indirect interest in the changes anticipated and acknowledge their requirements which will be taken into consideration in transparent manner
- Confirmation of project closure with the Project Sponsor and steering meeting

Required Skills:
- + 5 years’ experience as a project manager in financial industry with focus on process transformation and/or IT solution delivery
- High level related business / functional domain knowledge
- Book of knowledge for Project Management
- Ability to manage outsourced vendors
- Strong project management and business analysis skills including analyzing problems, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate
- Stakeholder management, understanding stakeholder interests & conflicts, influence decisions
- Provide conceptual, presentation of the state or processes in question
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including management of meetings
