A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Project Manager for The Incentive Platform Division.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, database, and AWS along with exceptional project management skills. This position will work closely with the management team and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets for IT infrastructure projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects according to plan and resolve any project-related issues or delays
- Ensure the integration of IT infrastructure solutions with existing systems and applications
- Lead in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects related to the Payment Gateway service
- Support the management team in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Track project progress against established milestones and deadlines
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the management team
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including developers, operations staff, and business users
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for project and task management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management efficiency
- Support the management team in reporting project status to stakeholders
Required skills:
- A basic understanding of IT infrastructure and public cloud such as AWS, along with exceptional project management skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year in IT infrastructure management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure for mission-critical systems
- Strong motivation to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience in project management activities, including tracking progress, managing schedules, and coordinating resources
- Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for project and task management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Logical thinking, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
