A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for the QCD (Quality / Cost / Delivery) and the team's outputs with the help from the managers.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of scrum-style development (Schedule / Task)
- Roadmap / Plan creation for development teams
- Progress reports for the management
- Communication with the stakeholders to move a project forward / to remove their blockers / to handle system troubles
- Basic budget / cost management
- Meeting facilitation
Required Skills:
- 5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Experience working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban), and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working in cross-cultural development teams
- Knowledge of IT systems
