A Global IT Service Provider is looking for an experienced bilingual IT PMO (Project Management Office), to help them in preparation of Project Charters and Initial Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the end client. This is a long-term project and you are expected to have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Project Charters and Initial Feasibility Reports in collaboration with clients
- Development of detailed Project Schedules highlighting Key Milestones in alignment with clients
- Preparation of Contractor and Supplier Selection Reports
- Compilation and presentation of Progress Reports (Weekly and Monthly)
- Creation and maintenance of Risk Identification and Mitigation Plans
- Preparation of Budget Forecasts and Financial Tracking Reports
- Overseeing and coordinating the overall horticulture plan (specific to project needs)
- Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment across client organizations
- Supporting legal validation processes in collaboration with clients
- Evaluation and validation of technical content and quotations in close coordination with the IPS team

Required Skills:
- 10–15 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably within IT projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline) or an equivalent degree
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required
- Strong project planning, execution, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Risk management and mitigation planning expertise
- Financial reporting and budgeting proficiency
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with technical, legal, and client teams
- Prior experience working in a Japanese corporate environment is a plus
