A leading global insurance company headquartered in Europe is looking for a CLAIM Development Specialist (Guidewire Specialist) !

This is a key position that will lead our strategic projects and maintenance development, utilizing your technical skills and experience. As a dedicated member of the Claims Services Division, you will contribute to the success of projects and, after completion, become part of the Application Development and Solution Delivery team, responsible for stable IT service provision and efficient solution decision-making. You will collaborate with the business department as well as design and development teams to implement, improve, and operate systems.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Requirement Gathering with Business Units: Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to accurately understand user requirements and consider system design
- Creation and Review of Design and Specification Documents: Create and review design and specification documents for the systems you are responsible for
- Impact Analysis and Solution Planning: Conduct impact analysis for new feature additions or modifications and investigate user inquiries
- Vendor Management: Support all aspects of development, from setting up the development environment to production release, and manage progress of vendor-related tasks
- Review of Deliverables and Test Automation Planning & Execution: Plan test automation in system development to improve efficiency

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills to work smoothly with internal IT teams, business units, and external development partners. Leadership skills to proactively identify issues and risks, and involve others to resolve them
- Experience with Guidewire Claim Center: At least 2 years of experience in either development or management
- Vendor Control: At least 2 years of development experience involving vendor management, including successful releases to production

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 
Working Style: Hybrid (daily office attendance is required for the first few months.
After that, the office will be open 1-2 days a week. Days in the office may change depending on the situation)
