A US based General Insurance firm is looking for a talented & bilingual Endpoint Desktop Engineer to join the Employees IT Infrastructure Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the increased adoption and leverage of Microsoft products and capabilities across Japan and APAC; identify opportunities to improve colleague efficiency, effectiveness and productivity using these tools
- Analyze, consolidate and clean data from various sources as needed to support informed and accurate analysis, project / deployment planning and decision making
- Support project efforts, proper change management; participate in issue and incident analysis and resolution
- Support efforts to improve and mature IS Japan’s engagement with our IT colleagues, business colleagues and global IS colleagues
- Build effective collaboration with our IT partners, BU Champions and colleagues as well as across other IS departments to move initiatives forward
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with key stakeholders, project sponsors, and vendors.
- Work with third party vendors as necessary to manage service delivery methods and oversee processes
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong technical understanding and experience with Microsoft collaboration tools and the Office suite of applications and tools.
- Understanding of enterprise level endpoint systems including Win10 and Win11 operating systems
- Comfort dealing with, consolidating and analyzing large, disparate data sets
- Ability to adapt to change and manage in an uncertain environment
- Understands the IT environment and associated tools

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
