A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Technical Business Process Analyst.
Responsibilities：
- Create comprehensive process documentation including flowcharts, process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate and easily understandable by all members.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual/adhoc effort.
- Collaborate effectively with assigned leader in the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to the assigned leader in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills:
- Program Management experience of 5+ years
- Analytical thinker
- Can visualize complex workflows and process
