A Global Financial firm is looking for a Senior Associate – Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Planning and proposing solutions for business challenges in user departments and driving projects to realization.
- Managing development teams comprised of members from various locations and domestic developers.
- Designing, implementing, releasing, and maintaining functionality for the stock lending system (front and middle system).
- Managing contract and deliveries with information vendors and software vendor companies in Japan.
- Providing L3 support during incidents and supporting user inquiries regarding system functionality.
Required Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of IT project management + BA role
- Over 2+ years of application development experience (Java, C#, Python, SQL）
- Has finance domain experience as they are required to create functions for traders which impacts the business
- Strong spoken and written communication skills

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
