Description
The Global Ad Technology Division of an IT Service firm is seeking a Product Manager who understands the business background, objectives, business needs, and challenges, and who will lead the creation of products and functions that contribute to business growth, including the formulation of requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth and success of assigned products
- Work closely with the business and product development managers to create and promote the product roadmap in an integrated manner, while aligning the business plan and technology roadmap
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product/service development (experience in marketing or advertising area is a plus)
- Experience in closely collaborating with stakeholders in Business and Development to develop digital products/services
- Basic understanding of software development process
- Good communication skills with tech/non-tech people
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
- Proactive self-starter with self-motivated mind
- Strong get-things-done mind with a sense of ownership
- Proven ability to deal with frequent changes
- Excellent communication, relationship skills and a strong team player

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
