A Global FMCG Company is seeking an IT Analyst – B2C, CRM to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions
- Translate business needs into scalable technical specifications
- Guide cross-functional teams and ensure solution quality through testing and validation
- Provide expertise on SFMC best practices, including personalization strategies
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across IT and business teams
Required Skills:
- Experience & Certifications: 5+ years in IT or digital business;
- Hands-on experience with CRM-Integrated Digital Marketing Platform (Preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or alternatively HubSpot Marketing Hub, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Marketing, Zoho CRM, or others.)
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of CRM-Integrated Digital Marketing Platform architecture, data models, and system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to implement B2C CRM and digital marketing solutions within Agile development environments
