A Japanese IT solutions company is hiring an Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader to support the team
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and mentoring to encourage professional growth
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent
- Develop and execute engineering strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and goals
- Manage design, development, and testing to meet quality standards, best practices, and customer requirements
- Manage resources and project timelines
- Continuously improve engineering processes and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, stakeholders, and designers to align on goals and deliverables
- Work with other managers to ensure alignment of inter-team goals and objectives
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and develop strategies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
Required Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in engineering
- Over 3 years of management experience
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of AI (including self-study)

Work Hours: Flexible hours system Core hours: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Flex hours: Start between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM / Finish between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
