Description
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (Web Analytics Tool). You will be part of a team with a mission to provide an in-house access log analytics platform that will enable a data-driven culture in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Address end-user inquiries in timely fashion. Coordinate with engineering and product team when tackling end-user inquiries
- Perform product demonstrations for both prospective end-users and existing end-users as needed
- Create and update knowledge base documents
- Create and update end-user manuals and documents. Maintain FAQs
- Review product performance against client requirements so as to provide optimal product
- Develop expertise in product knowledge and internal process knowledge
Required Skills:
- Experience creating training documents and user manuals
- Experience as a trainer of an IT product and/or service
- Experience as level/tier 1 technical support of an IT product and/or service
- Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML/JavaScript)
- Basic working knowledge of performing web analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
