Description
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Back-end engineer. The team develops tools and services essential for the operation of various EC services and the launch of new EC services.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering end-to-end systems, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Communicating effectively with the team, related departments, and stakeholders
- Monitoring system stability and performance, optimizing performance, designing and maintaining system architecture, refactoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering leader or team lead
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Java and 3 years experience with the Spring Boot Framework.
- Proficiency in designing Web APIs and database schemas
- Proficiency in writing clear and well-structured design documents and operation documents
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web protocols.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in providing constructive and effective code reviews to team members.
- Experience in writing high-quality, testable code and automated tests (unit, integration, etc.).

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
