An American multinational investment bank and financial services company with a global presence is seeking an experienced bilingual Software Product Support Engineer for full stack development and production support focusing mainly on Inventory Management systems in Asia working with local, regional and global teams across Tokyo, Bengaluru, London, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Full-stack development and production support of Inventory Management systems in Asia
- Involvement in full cycle of feature development, including requirement analysis, interacting with internal users of our systems, software development mainly in Java/ C++/ JavaScript/ Bash/ SecDB, testing and production release
- Monitoring live production system, troubleshooting, resolving issues, addressing follow-ups, answering to ad-hoc queries and requests for data analysis
- Coordination with local and regional teams across Tokyo, Bengaluru, London, New York
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java, Linux, Bash, SQL/databases
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & team working skills
