A Global IT Service firm is looking for Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Cloud Services Department. This position is for an infrastructure engineer who has strong skills and knowledge about network, linux, kubernetes, and prometheus.

Responsibilities:
- Requirement’s analysis (who will use what and how)
- Feature/Service/System design (how it works with platform/infrastructure)
- Design review (as a reviewer and a reviewee)
- Implementation and test
- Release (including release judgement process)
- Troubleshooting (On-Call duty)
- Operation (production operation)
- User support (if any inquiries about services/features)
- On-Call Duty (Regular employee only)

Required Skills:
- Strong infrastructure knowledge (Kubernetes/Container/Linux/Network)
- Observability related knowledge (Prometheus/Grafana/etc)
- Distributed System design/implementation/test experience (Golang/Python)
- Distributed System architecture design experience (UML/Documentation)
- System maintenance/operation experience with Observability (any size)
- Logical thinking (any skills to visualize an issue and make it structured)
- Contribute to Open Source Product (any project but CNCF products are better)
