A ML&AI Solution Start-up is seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to join an innovative team developing AI-powered satellite imagery analysis applications. Currently this firm is building cutting-edge solutions that transform how we monitor and measure environmental changes, with our first major initiative focusing on quantifying forest carbon stocks for carbon offset projects. As well as other side projects, this main project is set to start in June and will be on a Global scale with stakeholders based in Japan, Africa, South America etc.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal project Coordinator candidate will be able to utilize their skills in client facing, stakeholder management, organization, time mapping, budgeting, pushback and language ability to make sure the company is perfectly organized across multiple projects
- The ability to liaise with current/potential investors, as well as partner companies and vendors is also highly advantageous
Requirements:
- 4+ years working as a Project Coordinator, PMO, Project Manager – ideally having handled multiple project management simultaneously
- Business bi-lingual with ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across time zones on a global scale project
- High level of organization, time keeping, budgeting and the ability to pushback if needed.
- Confidence to speak with partner companies, investors and key stakeholders about the business
