A global IT services company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Product Owner .
You will be working closely with two dedicated Scrum teams to drive the development and success of our billing platform. Our billing platform plays a critical role in tracking and analyzing forecasting, actual usage, and budget performance, while providing actionable insights to both service providers and users. We aim to enable service providers to better understand their income and expenses, and helping our service users gain a better understanding of their usage patterns.
Responsibilities:
Working with a team of engineers, business and leaders to contribute to improving service quality and understanding our customers' needs. Understanding how vital the requirement gathering process is.
Translate the requirements from our customers into something executable by the engineering teams.
Understand customer and business problems from the potential solutions they might propose.
Create, prioritize, develop product strategies, requirements that delivers your product vision, whilst supporting valuable services
Making sure that the requirements from our customers actually solve their problems, retrace their thought process back to the original problem and propose new and bold solutions.
Be part of a team where we cultivate a culture of innovation by encouraging each other to experiment, pitch new techniques and ideas to enhance product features.
Work closely with the team to define a product vision and share it accordingly with stakeholders and interested parties.
Be part of a growing team of motivated product owners and help together improve our organization’s product mindset, together.
Required Skills:
3-4 years of experience in being a Scrum Product Owner.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering team(s) to ensure product quality.
Great technical and analytical skills.
Be agile, have a mind-set that allows you to quickly respond to change.
Excellent communication skills.

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
