A global business services company is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
As an IT Solutions Architect in the CX field, you will work closely with the sales team in order to introduce and propose technology solutions to client companies. You will also contribute to Pre-Sales by listening to prospective customer’s business issues, organizing and evaluating information, as well as contributing to the concretization of solutions, implementation support, and proposals.
Responsibilities
• Consideration of solutions using partner IT tools including AI in the CX field and our solutions, implementation of concrete proposals and implementation support.
• Organizing and evaluating interviews with potential customers regarding their business challenges.
• Collaborate with domestic and international solution teams and delivery teams, and create specific proposals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with solution partners.
Required Skills
• Experience as a Pre-sales engineer, IT Architect or IT Consultant in the technology industry.
• Experience in proposing and implementing applications such as CRM/SFA/MA in the CX (corporate front) area.
• Experience with the app layer.
• People with the ability to use digital technology to solve problems.
• Those with project management experience.
• Ability to cross-engage with different departments of clients (business, IT teams etc) and other regions (India, Europe, USA etc.)
• Those who have a sales mindset that chases numbers.

• Experience in proposing and implementing the latest solutions, including generative AI, related to DX.
