A world-renowned Insurance firm is seeking Lead Cloud Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in infrastructure architecture with a focus on Azure Cloud services
- Execute on implementation plans to deploy Azure infrastructure and move workloads to Azure
- Excellent understanding of industry standards and best practices to meet Manulife technical, security, and business needs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute PoCs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams and external partners effectively
- Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new cloud platforms
- Responsible to implement automation around provisioning, improving on monitoring strategies, and maintenance and optimization of cloud infrastructure
- Develop a strategy to automate operational procedures for Azure infrastructure deployment and management, leveraging cloud vendor and third-party tools
- Create and manage best practice documents and procedures to provide uniform, compliant cloud environment
- Work with application owners/groups to ensure proper architecture, function, and security standards are being followed for client projects
- Proficiency in cost optimization techniques and tools
- Familiarity with additional cloud platforms or hybrid cloud environments

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
