A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer . The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing automated solutions based on the business and system requirements summarized by the Business and System Analyst. This role involves collaborating with security engineers and system engineers to ensure that the implemented solutions align with organizational goals and security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of cloud-based automation solutions to enhance cybersecurity monitoring and incident response
- Collaboration with the Business and System Analyst to understand summarized requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilization of major CSPs (e.g., Azure, GCP) and relevant tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR) to automate security processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assurance that all implemented solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards
- Participation in the continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and automation practices
- Documentation of design processes, implementation steps, and operational procedures for future reference
Required Skills:
- Experience in cloud engineering and automation
- Proficiency in major Cloud Service Providers (e.g., Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
