職務内容
A Foreign IT services consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced UAT Coordinator / Quality Assurance Analyst to support one of the ongoing projects, in the System & Application Maintenance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Govern and coordinate UAT activities across multiple business units
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive UAT Test Plans in consultation with relevant teams
- Ensure timely preparation of the testing environment, including data setup and access configuration
- Actively manage and track UAT progress against project milestones and deadlines
- Identify, communicate, and resolve UAT related issues and risks
- Organize and facilitate UAT status meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow- ups
- Draft and deliver UAT progress reports using client specific templates and reporting standards.
- Proactively support UAT testers by understanding their needs and enabling successful test execution.
- Coordinate defect management and ensure timely resolution with IT teams.
- Contribute to post UAT reviews and lessons learned documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience coordinating UAT efforts within enterprise environments, ideally in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience preparing reports, meeting notes, and status updates.

Working Hours : 9:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
