職務内容
A Smart Meter Development company is hiring a Product Technical Support Engineer (FW/SW) in the Embedded Devices / IoT domain!
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial analysis of issues occurring in the field or at metering centers (FW operation checks, identifying likely root causes)
- Work with North American (NAM) firmware engineers to discuss and determine remediation plans
- Handle internal approval processes (including change requests) and implement updates in ADO (in coordination with the Product Manager)
- Support HQA during development, assist in creating product specification documents, and acquire in-depth product knowledge
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in firmware development for embedded devices
- Ability to read and understand source code written in C, C++, or Python
- Experience in creating technical documentation such as product specifications
