A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Senior Analytics Product Manager to strategically lead the "Analytics SDK," the event data collection and analysis module essential for service improvement, with the goal of enhancing user experience and enabling advanced analytics.
This role requires balancing innovative data collection methods with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the long-term vision for our Analytics SDK, a product with analytics data collection capabilities, and creating/updating the roadmap to reflect user insights and market trends
- Additionally, responsible for planning and proposing innovative features based on AI/Data technologies and industry trends
- Lead Requirements & Functional Design
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., usage, data collection accuracy, transmission efficiency) and implement data-driven improvements
- Work closely with in-house SDK developers, the data engineering team, and customer service to enhance overall development processes
- Backlog Prioritization
- Respond promptly and transparently to product-related incidents, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain reliability
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of product management experience in one or more of the following areas: SDKs, libraries, mobile/web applications
- Proven track record of driving product growth through growth strategies, KPI setting, A/B testing, and other methods is highly valued
- Experience in product management across the entire product lifecycle (strategy, requirements definition, development, release, and improvement)
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and make priority-based decisions through effective communication
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics, data collection, and related technologies (e.g., communication protocols, cookies), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe - Analytics to improve services and analyze user behavior
- Strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to apply them to solve business challenges
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (development, business, analytics) to achieve common goals
- Strong ownership and proactive approach to product growth, with the ability to drive improvements based on data and user research
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and systematic approach
- Strong execution skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Collaborative and respectful team player
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and openness to feedback

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
