職務内容
An European Life Insurance is looking for a talented Scrum Master for the Agile & Tech Transformation, Technology Team.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong team spirit and encourage collaboration
- Guide the team toward self-organization and maximizing its potential
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices to enhance value delivery
- Create a safe environment for open discussions and issue resolution
- Promote a Kaizen (continuous improvement) mindset in daily work
- Identify and facilitate growth opportunities such as knowledge sharing, feedback -sessions, and mentoring
- Coach the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Support squad members in delivering the highest value in the best way possible
- Lead by example as an Agile role model
- Conduct effective workshops and discussions to align on goals and maximize outcomes
- Facilitate team and stakeholder decision-making
- Mediate and resolve conflicts constructively
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of the team's workflow (e.g., Kanban, Value Stream Mapping).
- Establish and track actionable Agile KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Drive Transparency & Communication
Required Skills:
- 3~5 years of experience, be a change leader, Persuasion skills
- Teaching & Coaching skills, Communication skills
- Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts, Product managers, Heads of departments)
- Mastery of Agile Practices
