職務内容
A Global IT services company is seeking a QA Leader f or its IT Risk Management Group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team and ensure quality assurance for BSS software development projects
- Identify areas for improvement (Kaizen) and drive a culture of improvement in collaboration with the team and other departments
- Share and discuss QA strategies, plans, and issues with team members and other managers
- Develop overall QA plans, manage progress, conduct risk analysis, and implement improvement suggestions
- Create and manage QA deliverables that meet quality standards
- Clearly visualize the status, issues, and best practices of the project
- Create analysis metrics for the entire QA project and manage cost control
Required Skills:
- Experience in quality management within the software development lifecycle (3 to 5 years)
- Project management experience (at least 1 year as a QA lead)
- Experience in developing test strategies, creating test plans, and managing test schedules
- Experience in planning and implementing improvement measures to foster team growth
