職務内容
A Global FMCG Company is seeking a Program Manager / Data Management Lead to drive data governance and management initiatives across its commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional data governance and management programs
- Oversee projects involving metadata, master data, and data quality
- Align data strategies with global teams
- Implement and enhance data management tools (e.g., Atlan, Collibra, Informatica)
- Design and manage cloud-based data architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Manage external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Required Skills
- 7–9 years of experience in data management, governance, or enterprise architecture, with strong knowledge of frameworks and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with data tools (Atlan, Collibra, Informatica, Talend), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architectures (data mesh, data fabric).
- Certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) and experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals) are a plus.

Working Style: Work from Home 2-3days,
