職務内容
A U.S. retail company that covers major markets around the world is hiring an IT Network engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Basic network switching operation, port checking, VLAN assignment, remote and local access for configuration
- New configuration on test switches, trunking, fiber & Copper cabling & connectivity
- Knowledge of IOS and features (L2, L3, voice ...)
- Familiar in L2 protocols VTP, STP, UDLD, CDP, LLDP, ARP, VTP, HSRP
- + Troubleshooting/Checking HW device performance, IOS upgrade are added advantages
- Basic device configuration includes in Interface level, VR, routing, banner, SSH
- Routing protocol knowledge EIGRP, OSFP, BGP
- Familiar in TACACS+ on device management, ACL, SSH, NTP
- Troubleshooting/checking Layer 3 routing, routing updates, advertised routes, received routes, static, External (learned) routes.. are added advantages
- Knowledge in Layer 3 devices : Cisco Routers, IP SEC routers for VPN and Tunnling, SDWAN for WAN services
- Basic knowledge on Wi-Fi generation & standards 802.11xx including models such as Autonomus & LWAPP
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi modes MIMO, Multipath, OFDM, Beamforming
- AP registration and setup (for LWAPP) in Cisco Wireless Controller
- Configuring and troubleshooting Wi-Fi in WLC
- AP setup and AP provisioning in Wireless controller are added advantages
- Knowledge of heat map generation also added advantages
- Basic functional knowledge in Palo Alto Firewalls
- Device login and check traffic logs & traffic pattern
- Monitoring
- Knowledge of handling incident, task, change tickets
- updating task tickets and communicating to respective requester
- Vendor communication
- Voice Engineering
Required Skills:
- 5yrs+ experience as Network Engineer
- Knowledgeable about network link redundancy, virtual switches, routing protocols, security, wireless controllers, and monitoring
- CCNP knowledge level
