職務内容
A Global IT Service Provider is seeking a Java Lead to take charge of the technical ownership and management of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development, proven leadership and team management skills, and a sound understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations. This role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, driving the development lifecycle, and ensuring robust and scalable platform solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Java-based applications and the Salesforce platform
- Act as a technical expert and hands-on developer for Java-based backend systems and services connected to Salesforce
- Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices in design, coding, and deployment
- Manage a team of developers, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior members
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality technical solutions aligned with business goals
- Oversee performance tuning, optimization, and issue resolution for both Java components and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Maintain high quality documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of projects and change requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot system errors
- Perform configuration changes: eg. Assess and implement updates for Salesforce major releases, Create and maintain user manuals and system documentation
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Java development, including Spring Framework and RESTful APIs
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or team lead roles
- Experience working with or integrating Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, etc.)
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, triggers, flows, and deployment processes
- Experience in leading end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
