職務内容
A Global IT Security firm is looking for a talented IT Strategy Planning Manager in the System Planning Department of Information System Division. This business offers a variety of insurance products, including simple term and whole life insurance, medical insurance, cancer insurance, dementia insurance, comprehensive insurance for younger generations, and group credit life insurance for housing loans.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for IT strategy and planning tasks within the Life Insurance's IT division
- Formulate and execute IT strategies based on the mid-term business plan
- Collaborate with the CIO to manage the progress of the plan and adjust as necessary
- Research and analyze the latest IT trends
- Plan and propose initiatives related to the development of data utilization infrastructure
- Strong communication and alignment with other departments
Required Skills:
- Over 2 years of experience in IT strategy/planning
- Over 5 years of experience in IT-related work
- Communication skills (Japanese communication skills across departments)
- Strong planning and reporting knowledge
- Experience in IT program management
- Experience in data analysis/utilization
- Experience in establishing development standards
- Good knowledge of IT systems
- Management and leadership skills

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
