A Global Digital Marketing solutions firm is seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Specialist . The IT Operations & Support Specialist will be responsible for the stable operation, maintenance, and support of digital solutions, including Local systems, within the retail business environment. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to incident management, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Stable file exchange operations with partner companies
- Operation and monitoring of automated job processes; point allocation within SLA
- Escalation handling for system issues
- L2 support (B2B investigations and point allocation support)
- L1 support for digital solutions and internal systems (system monitoring, P1/P2 incident response)
- Coordination with outsourced monitoring service providers (SOW management and point of contact)
- Support for file exchange systems
- Support for the introduction of new digital solutions at retail stores
- Support for server migrations and version upgrades (SFTP, file exchange systems, VMs, etc.)
- Monitoring and early detection of incidents, escalation, and resolution
- Incident logging and report creation, root cause analysis, and proposal of preventive measures
- Close collaboration with the ITSM department for incident management, change management, and service improvement
- Information sharing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation, issue resolution, and project coordination with vendors

Required Skills:
- Experience in IT operations, system monitoring, and incident management
- Knowledge of automated job processes, file exchange, and digital payment solutions
- Experience in infrastructure support such as server migrations and version upgrades
- Coordination and communication skills with internal/external stakeholders and vendors
- A person flexible to support during off days.
- Both English and Japanese are required for this position.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and business process improvement
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and perform tasks accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and proactively make improvement suggestions
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Customer-oriented mindset (for both internal and external clients) and the ability to respond courteously
