職務内容
A Leading medical technology company is looking for a Global IT Senior Program Manager (SAP Implementation)
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Formulate clear, goal-driven programs that align with business objectives, driving them from inception to successful delivery
- SAP Project Delivery
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, stakeholders, and teams to manage dependencies, align on requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Resource Management: Identify and onboard the right resources, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of activities
- Financial Oversight: Own program budgets, forecasting, and ensure financial health with consistent governance
- Proactively track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues to ensure program health
- Keep sponsors and stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates on program progress and health
- Establish and drive robust governance, taking into account delivery, architecture, and change management needs
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Program or Project Manager in the IT Healthcare related sector with Global team
- Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering end-to-end large complex scaled IT solutions/ projects or SAP implementations projects either at a global company or as a consultant for a global company
- Experience in managing SAP implementation projects with a budget of 10 million U.S dollars or more)
