職務内容
A Global IT services company is hiring a Data Engineer for its Catalog Management Department.
In this position, you will be responsible for engineering tasks within the Product Master Group. The Product Master Group manages structured and organized product data (standardized and identified product data) to enable smoother search experiences for users.
Responsibilities:
- The role includes full-stack responsibilities (design, development, testing, and operations) for the data platform and related products of the Product Master Group.
- Candidates with extensive experience are also expected to contribute to requirements definition and system design.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or software engineering, specifically focused on data-related work
- High proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (version 1.8 or later)
- Experience with unit testing (e.g., JUnit) and performance-conscious coding
- Experience developing batch applications using Spring Boot
- Experience with both RDBs (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., HBase)
- Deep understanding of database schema design, SQL tuning, and performance evaluation
- Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services (e.g., Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Functions, Bigtable, BigQuery)
- Experience with Linux OS and shell scripting
- Experience in collaborative design and coding within a team environment
