職務内容
An European Insurance firm is looking for a talented DBA Lead Platform Specialist in the Infrastructure Platforms Technology Team.
The Expert DBA Specialist will be the technical lead of one technological stack (Windows, Linux and/or Database) and support the Distributed Manager to drive the technical roadmap as well as the activities performed by the other Specialists working on the same technological stack.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver servers on time on quality on budget
- To manage team
- To administer servers
- To manager EOSL of servers
- Closely work together with other teams like middleware and cloud broker team
- To participate move to the Cloud program
- To Identifies problems
- To lead daily operation and project
- To manage and conducting regular system by audit perspective
- To identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with solid server engineering skill
- Good knowledge in OS and Database administration
- Deep Knowledge of distributed domains (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Operating System (Windows, RHEL), Infrastructure fundamental services like AD, DNS, DHCP, proxy, monitoring tools, etc.)
- Deep Knowledge of database product Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL DB etc.
- Behavior to actively engage in the security and compliance activities
- Quality-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement
- Effectively collaborate with oversea colleagues in projects and BAU
- Storage experiences are plus
- Skills to build strategic plan for distributed domain
- Skill to negotiate with Vendor
