職務内容
A global IT services company is seeking a Data Engineer/Data Analyst for its Data Solutions business.
Responsibilities:
- Support decision making and new business development for Rakuten's internal and external customers by utilizing abundant data assets.
- Extraction and aggregation of data using SQL
- Proposal of BI tool utilization
- Construction of BI tools
- Create analytical reports using BI tools
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of working experience in data aggregation and analysis using BI tools such as Tableau
- Ability to clearly define requirements for big data aggregation and analysis and promote the project
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to independently learn and output information and knowledge in new areas.
- Able to take positive action in the face of difficult challenges, viewing them as opportunities for growth
- Willingness to proactively utilize AI to improve operational efficiency and output quality
- Have a broad interest in and sensitivity to technology and global trends and news

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
