職務内容
A Foreign IT services consulting firm is seeking a bilingual Business System Analyst / Techno-System Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology.
The BSA will elicit and translate complex insurance-domain requirements into clear technical artefacts, guide solution design, and ensure delivered systems meet both business value and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and document analysis to capture business processes and pain points
- Translate Japanese language business requirements into English technical specifications (and vice-versa)
- Present solution options, impact analyses, and progress updates to stakeholders up to executive level
- Produce BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria adhering to insurance regulatory needs
- Perform gap, impact, and feasibility studies across policy admin, claims, and digital channels
- Model data flows, APIs, and integration points for Java/Spring microservice architecture
- Partner with architects and developers to craft scalable, secure solutions
- Define interface contracts, mapping documents, and nonfunctional requirements (performance, security, DR)
- Create test scenarios, support UAT, and validate that delivered functionality meets intent
- Assist QA teams with traceability between requirements and test cases
- Track and report requirement changes, risks, and mitigation plans
- Maintain up-to-date process flows, system diagrams, and user guides in Japanese and English
- Conduct training sessions for End-users and IT support teams
Required Skills:
- 6+ years in business/systems analysis for largescale enterprise applications (insurance domain strongly preferred)
- Proven expertise converting business concepts into detailed technical artefacts (ERD, sequence diagrams, API specs)
- Good understanding of modern architectures: microservices, REST/SOAP, messaging, databases (RDBMS & NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and requirements management best practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation skills

Working Hours : 9:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
