職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is looking for an AWS Cloud Platform Engineer (DevOps). This role works with AWS Cloud Presales & Practice teams supporting new solution development, latest assets & accelerators that are market differentiators for our cloud offerings
Responsibilities:
- Following a DevOps approach, proactively carry out required requests, reporting, information gathering and communication through GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Teams Chat and ServiceNow.
- Understand the client's development requirements, negotiate as necessary, and work with the offshore engineer to appropriately define the work scope.
- Work closely with existing delivery teams to achieve distinctive, lasting & substantial business improvements through the adoption of emerging technologies in cloud
- Collaborate with GTM teams, Presales team to execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for existing & potential customers
- Identify potential use cases to automate & optimize existing processes
- Articulate and present project demos to leadership teams
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of DevOps experience using GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Teams Chat, and ServiceNow
- Built secure AWS cloud solutions using EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, and more
- Implemented security controls for regulated industries via AWS Control Tower and SCPs
- Set up multi-account environments following AWS best practices
- Experienced with monitoring, logging, and cost management tools integrated with AWS
- Handled infrastructure and app monitoring across prod and non-prod environments
- Familiar with Systems Manager, Splunk, and related monitoring tools
- Deployed applications and managed data migrations across AWS regions
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and maintaining high-availability clusters
