職務内容
A Global IT Service is looking for a strong AI Project Manager .
Responsibilities:
- You will be actively involved in delivering solutions to our client companies through consulting and project management, utilizing our proprietary data, technology
- Identifying use cases based on client requirements and proposing the optimal AI solution
- Defining business requirements customized for each client
- Communicating these requirements to our data scientist and data engineer teams, while managing project progress
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the data science field, particularly in generative AI and LLM (Large Language Model)
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and tools or solutions (e.g., DataRobot)
- Familiarity with algorithms and evaluation metrics commonly used in machine learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese
- Experience in resolving business issues within your own company or client organizations through data analysis
- Proven project management experience, including progress management and other PMO activities
- Experience in proactively driving projects by involving a broad spectrum of teams, such as sales and data science teams
- Proficiency in creating project documentation using tools such as PowerPoint

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
