職務内容
One of Japan's larger IT Trading System provider is looking for a Linux System Administrator .
Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL or similar distributions) in production and development environments
- Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and workloads (on-premises or cloud-based)
- Respond to system issues as part of the scheduled on-call rotation, including night-time support
- Participate in occasional weekend maintenance windows for system upgrades, patching, and critical deployments
- Troubleshoot system issues independently, escalating when appropriate
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Stay up to date with evolving technologies and demonstrate the ability to self-learn
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Linux system administration
- Deep understanding of Red Hat-based Linux distributions (RHEL, Rocky Linux, CentOS)
- Practical experience with Kubernetes cluster management, including deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Solid hands-on skills with Linux system administration on Red Hat like Linux distributions
- Proven ability to self-learn, work independently, and operate reliably under pressure
- Willingness to participate in scheduled on-call rotation and perform occasional weekend work

Working Hours : 8:30- 17:30, M-F
Working Style: Basically Work in office (Work from home : 1 day/w )
