Global FMCG Company is seeking a Data Science Lead to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and lead the execution of advanced analytics solutions and strategies
- Design and build capabilities and infrastructure to deliver the analytics plan
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs and resolve issues
- Perform detailed data analysis, validate data, and identify quality issues
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Develop predictive models to offer valuable insights
- Lead data analytics development projects and liaise with IT and other teams
- Ensure compliance with PMI policies, standards, and laws
Required Skills:
- Work Experience: Over 5 years in data science analytics and business intelligence, with stakeholder management. Consulting and people management experience is a plus
- Analytics Expertise: Strong in commercial and consumer analytics, delivering predictive and prescriptive solutions using statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python, familiar with advanced analytics tools and Master Data Management frameworks
- Industry Engagement: Passionate about industry trends, experienced in supporting data-driven decisions across various domains, with strong strategic thinking and communication skills
