A leading Global Insurance group is looking for a bilingual  Lead Sourcing and Vendor Management Specialist (Sourcing Manager)

Responsibilities:

- Support all aspects of the sourcing processes for assigned categories, including but not limited to supporting on contract negotiations of business and pricing terms and conditions, conducting RFx, work with the internal business partners to execute negotiations strategies,
objectives, and plans
- Perform complex cost benefit, financial analysis, identify and drive quality enhancement to continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive cross functional sourcing project teams to develop the firm requirements for Indirect category related services and to reach consensus on supplier selections. This includes working with team members and legal to draft necessary language to translate business needs into specific requirements for sourcing related documents, e.g., Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOW) for assigned categories
- Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and business with respect to specifications and budgets and, maintain procurement ethics in accordance with global policies
- Assess supplier performance to ensure suppliers fulfill their contractual obligations and are delivering quality services to business stakeholders

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree focused in related area (Business, Supply Chain)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing in the specified categories (category management, benchmarking, TCO (cost models), RFx, etc.)  
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking
- Quick learner, ability to strategically prioritize work
- Ability to influence others with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively
- Customer oriented, ability to understand the needs
