A digital transformation and software solutions company is seeking bilingual Business Analyst with experience in software development projects for large scale digital transformation projects, initially for a global automotive company.

The IT Business Analyst will participate in various projects to facilitate requirements meetings to understand what customer aims for and define the as-is and future state. The successful candidate will also interface closely with a product owner to define requirements, prioritize requirements, analysis and create business requirements document for the waterfall projects and user stories for the agile projects.

​Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients in business departments to understand their needs and problems

- Create both as-is and future state business process diagrams, screen flows and business requirements.

- Articulate business requirements through storytelling presentation

- Create test cases based on the business requirements and participate in UAT

- Provide user training

- Track performance of business analysis tasks

職務内容

- ビジネス部門の顧客とコミュニケーションをとり、顧客のニーズや問題の把握

- 現状と将来のビジネスプロセス図、画面フロー、ビジネス要件の作成

- ストーリー性のあるプレゼンテーションによるビジネス要件の明確化

- ビジネス要件に基づいたテストケースを作成し、UATに参加する

- ユーザートレーニングの提供

- ビジネスアナリシス・タスクのパフォーマンス・トラッキング
