Leading Security Solutions company is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support building digital banking services for customers on our fintech platform.

Candidate will be a part of the PMO division supporting a range of on-going projects.

【Main Responsibilities】

- Drive communication and co-ordination for the succe

ss of the projects and provide project status reports and other project information to project stakeholders

- Understand business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solution, confirm financial proposal of the project and drive change

- Allocate and manage resources for assigned projects based on historical information, input from other staff, and general understanding of project tasks; anticipate and mobilize cross functional resources when required

- Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project members

- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

- IT Project Management experience (ideally Fintech or finance systems)

- Bachelor degrees from a reputable university, with major in finance, economics, computer science or related

- Deep understanding of SDLC project management lifecycle

- Attention to detail and perseverance to completion

- Strong relationship building with internal and external project stakeholders
